Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics LLC is a subspecialty practice for evaluation of children with developmental and behavior issues.
Dr. Batul Ladak is an experienced and compassionate Developmental Pediatrician with training and experience in general pediatrics and neurodevelopmental disabilities. She has been in practice for more than 20 years. She has been involved in training pediatric residents and providing consultation in hospital clinic and private practice.
Dr. Ladak believes that every child has strengths and weaknesses and all have potential to do better. By evaluation of their developmental profile and by providing appropriate intervention in early childhood, it is clearly shown to modify the severity of their deficits and improve their long term outcome.

Brain development is an ongoing process even after birth. Taking the benefit of neuroplasticity of the brain in early childhood is extremely crucial. Hence, early identification and intervention, makes a huge impact on modifying the severity of deficits and improving the long term outcome.
Developmental delays are due to combination of genetic factors, environmental factors and central nervous system dysfunction. Rate of progress is different in every child even though they may have the same diagnosis. These children have to be serially monitored.
